Central Park Plaza transforms into a lively community hub every Tuesday and Saturday, offering a delightful blend of fresh flavors, vibrant blooms, and unique handcrafted treasures. The market brings together local farmers, food trucks, artisans, and neighbors in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Visitors can explore colorful gardens of fresh flowers, sample delicious food truck faire, and shop from a variety of local vendors. Highlights included Chick-fil-A, Valpo Velvet, The Dogg House, and Donut NV, while vendors such as Four Corners Winery, Valparaiso University, and Avalon Springs showcased their specialties. Guests could even pamper themselves with handmade soaps, candles, and other artisan goods.
Adding to the vibrant scene, live music fills the plaza and creates the perfect backdrop for families and friends. At this event, Kashmir—a Led Zeppelin tribute band—delivered an outstanding performance. Not only did they capture the sound, but their look and energy matched the legendary band. The pavilion was filled nearly to capacity with people enjoying the music, food, and community spirit.
